Granulated Sugar
We offer two granulations of white sugar, Fine Granulated and Bakers' Special.

Fine Granulated Sugar
This is the basic sugar, with varied uses throughout the food industry. It is used in a wide range of applications including bakery products, jams, jellies, meats, chewing gum, dairy products, condiments, pickles, cereals, liquid sugar, and candies. It is available in 50 pound bags and 2200 pound supersacks.

Bakers' Special
This is the finest granulated sugar and was developed for the baking industry. It produces fine crumb texture in baked products and dissolves easily. It is used mainly in bakery products, cocoa mixes, powdered drink mixes/dry mixes, coatings for doughnuts and cookies, but can also be used for pharmaceuticals, jams, jellies, meats, chewing gum, dairy products, condiments, pickles, cereals, liquid sugar and powdered sugar.  It is available in 50 pound bags and 2200 pound supersacks.
